1. About GothMarket

GothMarket is an online marketplace for gothic, whimsigoth, horror, and dark romance fashion and goods. Some products are sold and shipped by GothMarket directly ("curated" items); others are listed and fulfilled by independent, third-party vendors who sell through our platform. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The marketplace model

When you buy a vendor item, that vendor is the seller of record for that item and is responsible for its accuracy, quality, and fulfillment. GothMarket facilitates the listing, payment, and platform, but does not manufacture or directly control independent vendors' products. We vet vendors before approving them to sell, and we're the point of contact if something goes wrong with your order.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to check out or track orders. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Product listings and pricing

We aim for every product description, image, and price on this site to be accurate. Prices are listed in dollars c and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. If we find a pricing or listing error before your order ships, we'll contact you before proceeding.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. GothMarket does not store your full card details.

7. Intellectual property

Product photography, written content, and the GothMarket name and branding belong to GothMarket or the respective vendor and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

9. Limitation of liability

GothMarket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of any product, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
