Processing times

GothMarket is a marketplace: some items are curated and shipped by us directly, others are made and shipped by independent vendors. Processing time depends on which kind of item you're ordering.

Curated items typically ship within 5 to 10 business days of your order. Vendor items are made and shipped on that vendor's own timeline, shown on the product page before you order, since handmade and made-to-order pieces take longer than stocked items.

Multiple vendors in one order

If your order includes items from more than one vendor, or a mix of vendor and curated items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You'll get a separate shipping confirmation for each shipment.

Shipping rates and destinations

We ship worldwide. Exact rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, your country may charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check order status anytime from your account.

Delays

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, and carrier delays are outside our control and can occasionally push delivery past the original estimate.
